At the time of your reservation a 50% deposit is required to hold your booking.  Within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due and will be charged to your credit card. Should you need to cancel your reservation within 30 days, you will forfeit  a one night stay.  If cancelled within 15 days of arrival all monies received at that time will be forfeited.  We will do all that is possible to find someone to fill your reservation and if successful, we will refund all but $100.00. 

There is a security deposit which is due with each rental.  The rate ranges in price depending on the type of Unit.  This amount will be refunded to you in full within 7 days of your departure once our housekeeping staff has inventoried the Unit.  If items are removed from any Unit, you will be charged at their replacement value.  If any item is broken, you will be responsible for the cost to replace the item at its replacement value.  If additional cleaning or if there is any pet damage or excess cleaning required because of your pet, it will be deducted from your security deposit.

We hope that you will make friends while you are on vacation, and its quite possible that items from one Unit are left at another.  As these Units are individually owned and may be personalized it is very important to return items to their origination.

No Pets are allowed in any home unless specified.  No Smoking is allowed in any home under any circumstance. Should Management find that animals have entered or smoking has occurred, the guest will be charged the full rate to deep-clean the Unit and forfeit any refund from their security deposit and be asked to leave immediately.  All homes have a maximum allowable for guests accommodating a home  Should any Unit be found to house more than the maximum allowable number; additional guests will be asked to leave immediately.  Management will do all that is possible to find acceptable accommodations for the additional guests, at the nightly rate of another Unit, which will be additional charged for housekeeping and a security deposit.
