Guest agrees to supply a valid credit card at the time of reservation. The card is charged immediately upon making a reservation. All rentals must be paid in full before the guest is sent directions to the home. There are no refunds for early departures or no shows.
At the time of your reservation a $239.00 deposit is required to secure your reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will automatically be charged to your credit card. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival are considered under full cancellation penalty with NO grace period. Should you need to cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, you will forfeit 100% of your payment along with a $100.00 admin fee.
Hotel guest are subject to the same Terms and Conditions as all vacation rental guests.
Each home rental requires security damage insurance which is not refundable. The insurance protects us, you and the homeowner should an item get broken or requires repair. If items are removed from any home, you will be charged at their replacement value. If any item is broken, an insurance claim will be made to reimburse the homeowner for the damage. If the home requires additional cleaning, it will be charged to your credit card. The security damage insurance only covers repairs and broken items.
We hope that you will make friends while you are on vacation, and its quite possible that items from one home are left at another. As these homes are individually owned and may be personalized it is very important to return items to their origination or you may be charged for their loss.
No pets are allowed in any home unless specified. No Smoking is allowed in any home under any circumstance. Should Management find that animals have entered or smoking has occurred, the guest will be charged the full rate to deep-clean and be asked to leave immediately. All homes have a maximum allowable for guests accommodating a home Should any home be found to house more than the maximum allowable number; additional guests will be asked to leave immediately. Management will do all that is possible to find acceptable accommodations for the additional guests, at the nightly rate of another home, which will be additional charged for housekeeping.
Pet Friendly homes are charged 45.00 per pet. This is not a deposit, but a pet fee. You are required to let us know if you are bringing more than one pet as some homes will not allow for multiple pets. Owners of pet are required to clean up after their pet and keep the pet off furniture and linens at all times. Excess cleaning or damages will be charged accordingly.
