For Winter arrivals, driveways and walkways cleared, roofs cleared of excess snow, wood piled or pellets in place.  You house can be decorated for the holidays, ski`s waxed and ready for use.  Lift tickets, guided services, and lessons arranged.

In the Spring, yards and pots will be cleaned and ready for additional landscaping and planting.  Sprinkler systems will be operational, chimney swept yearly, bikes tuned.

Our monthly maintenance program automatically checks your home weekly, checks water heater, checks pipes and run water for homes without automatic adjustments, check eaves and window wells for ice buildup, driveways cleared for emergency access.  If you leave a car, we`ll periodically start it and can even bring it in for detailing and maintenance services.

We`ll work with your contractor to correct and update punchlists, handle home maintenance issues, contact and contract with plumbers, electricians, carpenters, carpet cleaners, landscapers, snow removal, wood & pellet delivery, security systems, painters and car mechanics and detailing.

We can pick you up at the airport, or arrange for transportation.

Don`t fret about what to do with the dog, we`ll walk, play and feed your dog if you`re running late or want to spend the day in the back-country.

Having a party or a corporate meeting? We can assist with the menu items, arrange for catering, private chef, grocery shop, decorating, bartending and clean-up services.

Our offices allow you to conduct business is a quiet atmosphere should you need to use printers, copiers, staff assistance, fax machines, or hold a meeting in our conference area.  We can UPS and FedEx items for you and receive your packages and deliver them to your home.
